A few years ago I use to attend a massage school in Maitland Fl, the outskirts of Orlando.
One week, we learn how to relax our bodies through meditation.
We had to lay down face-up position. We couldn’t move our body, just resting like we dead.
After we achieve that state, we imagine ourselves in a place where we feel relaxed. I image myself on the sunny beaches of Florida with palm trees everywhere with shades on. Also on this week, they had a function going on outside so we had to force even better.
In 10 minutes I was out including others. I was amazed I was able to accomplish this. Whenever I can’t sleep right I do this and it always helps.
If you don’t meditate, I suggest you do. Might help ya!
